Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and timely.
• Inspects and services heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Record all required information on a handheld device and collect payment.
• Communicate with dispatch for accurate status reports during service.
