Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers to explain findings, promote services, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely completion of calls.

Qualified candidates have 0-2 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, EPA/safety certifications, and a valid driver's license. The role requires physical stamina and flexibility for on-call hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training/certification.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Licensing/certifications as required by local laws.
• Skilled in servicing HVAC equipment and related accessories.
• Able to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigeration/duct systems.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
• Analyze issues, communicate with customers, and ile dispatch with status updates.
• Complete forms and paperwork accurately; collect payments when applicable.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure proper PPE and vehicle stock.
