Job summary

Four Seasons Heating And Air Conditioning Llc is seeking a motivated Full-Service Technician to diagnose, service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in the Chicagoland area. You will explain repair options, provide estimates, and complete accurate service documentation while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work vehicle.

The role requires EPA 608 certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and hands-on experience with heating and cooling equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training, apprenticeship, or hands-on experience.
• EPA Section 608 certification required; Core, Type 1, Type 2, and universal preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and related components.
• Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, adjustments, and safety inspections.
• Explain findings, provide repair options and estimates, and obtain customer authorization.
• Complete service reports and communicate status to dispatch and management.
• Maintain organized service vehicle, tools, and inventory; protect property and clean work area.
• Follow safety procedures and refrigerant-handling requirements; service generators and mini-splits.
