Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is seeking motivated entry-level technicians to perform routine cleaning, inspections, and preventive maintenance on residential HVAC systems in Chicagoland. You will follow checklists, document conditions, and provide professional customer service while developing HVAC knowledge.

You will inspect, replace filters, and report concerns to experienced technicians; basic troubleshooting and safe operations are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No previous HVAC experience required; willingness to complete company training.
• EPA Section 608 certification is required for the equipment serviced; Core, Type 1, and Type 2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning, inspections, and preventive maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
• Inspect and replace air filters; remove dirt and debris from accessible areas.
• Explain maintenance results and basic equipment care to customers.
• Follow safety procedures and document service records.
