This is a field-based role that requires excellent technical skills and a customer-first attitude. The role involves traveling to multiple job sites, maintaining service records, and communicating effectively with customers while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant HVAC field experience or equivalent trade school training.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC equipment and mechanical issues.
• Understanding of airflow, ductwork, system performance, and basic indoor air quality principles.
• Ability to identify potential system inefficiencies and communicate findings to customers.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel to varying job sites throughout Northern Rural California.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach.
• Positive and coachable attitude.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
