Blaze Heating Cooling Electrical Plumbing Generators is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician in Wilmington, NC. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain residential HVAC systems, perform routine servicing, and help improve energy efficiency while keeping precise records.

Requirements include 2+ years of HVAC experience, knowledge of HVAC codes, Service Titan familiarity is a plus, and a valid US driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC service or maintenance experience, residential preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC codes and safety procedures.
• Service Titan knowledge a plus.
• Must be 21 years or older and eligible to work in the US.
• Valid US Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
• Willingness to submit to drug test and background check.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Superb customer service skills, honest and dependable.
• Physical dexterity and ability to work outdoors; heavy equipment capable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and determine repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and part replacement.
• Test HVAC system performance and efficiency using specialized tools.
• Install, repair, or replace defective parts or components.
• Identify upgrades to improve energy efficiency and performance.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Adhere to safety regulations while working on HVAC systems.
