Qualifications

• Licensed HVAC technician with a clean driving record.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Proven track record in heating and cooling systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete all general HVAC in-home service calls.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Educate customers on finance options and maintenance plans.
• Train and mentor apprentices.

Skills

Knowledge of local HVAC codes

Strong verbal and written communication

Organizational skills

Ability to make drawings and read blueprints

Customer service skills

Education

NATE certification (ongoing education)
