Job Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in residential HVAC service and installation.

• Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication with both customers and the office team.

Competitive Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range: $40,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience and knowledge, with hourly pay plus spiff and commission opportunities.
