Job summary

Seer Group in Arvada, CO is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This full-time role requires EPA Type II and a valid Driver's License.

You will perform routine maintenance, respond to emergencies, and work on ladders in attics and crawl spaces. Overtime is available; certifications must be current and job duties performed safely.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience and familiarity with wiring diagrams are required.
• Must be capable of handling physical workload and climbing ladders.
• EPA Type II certification and a valid driver's license are required.
• NATE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces and AC units.
• Inspect equipment, perform maintenance, and replacements as needed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and document work performed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
• Familiarity with wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills

Schedule and Working Conditions

Installers and technicians work 8+ hours a day, Monday through Friday, with an occasional Saturday. Overtime is available approximately 12 to 16 weeks a year.

Must be able to work on ladders, in attics, and crawl spaces. Must be well‑groomed, drug‑free, have a good driving record, and be dependable. Must be open to learning and taking direction from management.

EPA and NATE certifications are required. Knowledge of servicing and repairing furnaces, air conditioners, evaporative coolers, mini‑splits, water heaters, and boilers is required.
