Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to help us continue to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of HVAC mechanics and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. This role involves maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and repair on HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC equipment
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities
  • Educate customers on system maintenance and energy efficiency practices
  • Participate in emergency service rotation and respond to after‑hours emergency calls as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with both commercial and residential HVAC systems
  • Current CFC Certification
  • Demonstrated ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Commitment to a drug‑free workplace
