Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is looking for a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Overland Park, KS. This full-time, year-round role offers high earning potential, pay between $65,000 and $110,000 annually, and performance-based upside beyond base compensation.

You will diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems, perform maintenance, and deliver excellent customer service with support from a skilled leadership team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes.
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards.
