ARS-Rescue Rooter in Kansas City, MO, is hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician for full-time, year-round work. You will diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems, while delivering excellent customer service in homes and following safety standards.

The role offers strong earning potential, tools and training, plus company benefits such as insurance, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and a take-home vehicle. A EPA certification and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes.
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training.
