ARS-Rescue Rooter in Kansas City, MO is hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair home HVAC systems. This is full-time, year-round work with a take-home vehicle and ongoing training.

Earn $65k–$110k per year with potential over $120k based on performance; benefits include health, dental, 401(k) with match, PTO, and holidays. EPA certification preferred; requires driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
