Job summary

Dave's World in Windham, ME is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, service, and repair residential systems. You will work with homeowners to explain issues and present options, while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Mitsubishi, Lennox, Samsung and other models.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Experience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and AC systems.
• Knowledge of electrical and low-voltage troubleshooting and refrigerant concerns.
• Ability to explain technical issues to customers clearly.
• Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Service Titan or similar field service software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
