Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 certification is required.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot systems.
• Experience with furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and central AC.
• Knowledge of Mitsubishi, Lennox, Samsung and other models.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Experience with customer-facing explanations and options.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and tune-ups.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, refrigerant and control issues.
• Service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, AC systems.
• Explain findings and present repair or replacement options to homeowners.
• Complete estimates, invoices, and service documentation accurately.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, parts, and equipment.
• Follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Provide a professional customer experience from start to finish.
