Job summary

Dave's World in Windham, ME is seeking an HVAC Install helper to join a growing residential contracting team. You will assist a Lead Installer with installing HVAC equipment and fabricating ducts according to specs.

This full-time role offers training, benefits, and opportunities to develop hands-on skills in a supportive shop and on-site settings, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
• Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Design, fabricate and install various ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.
• Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors.
• Properly complete all paperwork required for each job.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Assisting a Lead Installer, the Install helper will:

• Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Design, fabricate and install various ducts and duct fittings as required.

Qualifications

• Valid, clean driver’s License.
