Apple Plumbing Heating and Air in Westminster, MD is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• EPA Certified.
• 2+ years of HVAC service experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for residential system.
• Understanding of refrigerant systems, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps.
• Ability to read and interpret residential wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to assess customer concerns and provide effective, value-drive solutions.
• Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of safety practices related to tools, testing devices, and work environments.
