What You'll Do

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related heating and cooling equipment. You will troubleshoot system issues, perform preventative maintenance, replace components as needed, and communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system performance and recommended solutions. Technicians are expected to maintain accurate service records, uphold safety standards, and represent the company professionally in customers' homes.
