Integrity Heating & Air, Inc. is seeking hungry, motivated Service Techs to join our team on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware.

As a Service Tech, you will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, read schematics, and drive to job sites while ensuring safety compliance and documenting service records.

Qualifications

• Proficient in HVAC systems and refrigeration techniques.
• Experience as a service technician in HVAC/R.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and skills in equipment repair.
• Familiarity with HVAC design and ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Diagnose issues using schematics and mechanical knowledge to repair equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R systems.
• Drive to various job sites, maintaining timely service and accurate records.
