Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues with furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners and related equipment.
• Repair and perform seasonal tune-ups to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Explain system issues and repair options clearly to customers; provide excellent service.
• Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues using proper tools.
• Prepare detailed service reports and submit paperwork on time.
• Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines and industry regulations.

Our West Sacramento, CA team is hiring a full-time HVAC Service Technician eager to learn more, advance professionally, and complete impressive work. How You'll Make an Impact:

Our HVAC Service Technician diagnoses issues with heating and cooling systems and performs accurate, high-quality repairs and maintenance services. Every job will bring something different, and you'll be ready to solve whatever challenges come your way! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Servicing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, and other related equipment
• Inspecting systems, diagnosing problems, completing top-notch repairs, and performing seasonal tune-ups to optimize system performance and efficiency
• Professionally communicating with clients, clearly explaining system issues and repair options, and providing positive customer service
• Using tools and hands-on techniques to accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
• Completing detailed service reports and punctually submitting paperwork
• Complying with all company policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations while on the job

• Depending on experience, our HVAC Service Technicians make $60,000 - $100,000/year!
• We're flexible with scheduling, and you can work anytime during our operating hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. Some evenings and weekends may be needed.

• 1+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems (5 years preferred)
• EPA certification
• Strong knowledge of heating and cooling equipment, controls, and diagnostics
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment

• NATE certification - preferred
