Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems (5 years preferred).
• EPA certification required.
• Strong knowledge of heating and cooling equipment, controls, and diagnostics.
• Positive attitude with professional communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues with furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners and related equipment.
• Repair and perform seasonal tune-ups to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Explain system issues and repair options clearly to customers; provide excellent service.
• Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues using proper tools.
• Prepare detailed service reports and submit paperwork on time.
• Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines and industry regulations.
