Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Residential Service HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and workload.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and repairs on residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and prevent problems.
• Install, repair, or replace components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork.
• Collaborate with team to coordinate work schedules and efficiently complete assignments.
• Communicate with customers professionally, explain repair options, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Accurately document service activities, equipment status, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices to enhance skills.

About the Role: As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for service and repairs on residential HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting systems.

HVAC Service Technician- Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Residential Service HVAC Technician or similar role.
