Job summary

United Systems Mechanical, LLC in the Seattle area is seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Service & Maintenance Technicians. You’ll diagnose, service, and repair a broad range of commercial systems, including heat pumps, ductless units, and VRF/VRV configurations.

Expect hands-on work, problem-solving, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Requirements include 3+ years of experience, EPA and electrical certifications, a valid driver’s license, and ability to lift 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service and maintenance experience.
• Current 06A Electrical Certificate or Trainee Certificate.
• EPA Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and pass background check & drug test.
• Bonus: VRV/VRF experience, Controls experience, OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on packaged/split systems, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and A/C units.
• Work with VAV and VRF/VRV systems.
• Handle control wiring, refrigeration piping, and condensate piping.
• Perform start-ups and ensure systems operate at peak performance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the company professionally.

United Systems Mechanical, LLC is looking for skilled Commercial HVAC Service & Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team in the Seattle area. What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, service, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC systems.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on:

  • Packaged and split system heat pumps

  • Ductless mini-splits and A/C units

  • VAV and VRF/VRV systems

• Handle control wiring, refrigeration piping, and condensate piping.

• Perform start-ups and ensure systems are running at peak performance.

• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing our company professionally.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service and maintenance experience.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and professional with strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Required:

  • Current 06A Electrical Certificate or Trainee Certificate

  • EPA Certification

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Ability to lift 70 lbs and pass a background check & drug test

• Bonus Skills (a plus but not required):

  • VRV/VRF experience (Mitsubishi City Multi, LG, Daikin)
