Job description

UNITED SYSTEMS MECHANICAL LLC IS LOOKING FOR HVAC SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS.

Ideal Candidates Shall Have the Following Attributes:

• Self motivated
• Reliable
• Professional appearance
• First rate customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and repair packaged and split system heat pumps
• Service, maintain, and repair ductless split system heat pumps and AC units
• Service, maintain, and repair VAV and VRF/VRV systems
• Perform system start-ups
• Operate Mitsubishi City Multi, LG, and Daikin VRV systems
• Maintain OSHA 10 certification

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in maintenance and service of commercial HVAC systems
• Valid 06A Electrical license
• EPA certification and Seattle Refrigeration Mechanic license
• Ability to lift 70 lbs
• Computer and smartphone literacy
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to pass drug test and background check
