Maintenance Technician – Sealy Management Company

Your Role

We are seeking a talented and courteous Maintenance Technician. Our maintenance team members are often the most interactional representatives of our company. Therefore, we're looking for someone who is technically competent and prioritizes customer service to provide an outstanding experience to our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Represent the company and property professionally
• Perform routine apartment maintenance (drywall repair, carpentry, appliance repair, etc.)
• Hold HVAC certification
• Plan and execute apartment turnovers, schedule work, and coordinate with vendors when necessary
• Perform general property upkeep to maintain community appearance
• Communicate effectively with management, leasing, and maintenance teams to achieve property goals
• Be adaptable, as job duties may change daily in apartment management

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience
• Overtime and on-call duties are scheduled in advance
