Spectrum AC is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems in our Tampa division. The role emphasizes strong technical skills, reliable problem-solving, and delivering top-tier customer service to homeowners and business clients.

Pay Range: base pay plus incentives, average total compensation could be around $60k - $100k, based on experience, tenure, and performance

Schedule: Monday - Friday, the day starts at 8:00 am, with some nights and weekends depending on the rotating on-call schedule
