The HVAC Service Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in the Washington DC–Baltimore Area. This team member will perform diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, heat pumps, and control systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, completing preventive maintenance tasks, calibrating and testing system performance, and documenting work performed in service reports. The role involves responding to service calls, supporting emergency repair needs, coordinating with dispatch and project managers, and communicating clearly with clients about findings and recommended solutions.
