WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Standard hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with an on‑call rotation. During the peak seasons, you may be asked to work until 7:00 pm.

Our HVAC Service Technicians visit customers' homes to inspect their residential systems, diagnose problems, and perform top‑rate repairs, safety inspections, tune‑ups, and maintenance. You'll troubleshoot electrical shorts, mechanical defects, airflow issues, and more, clearly explaining technical information and service options to customers in easy‑to‑understand terms. A friendly and professional attitude is a must as you work with customers to find the right solutions for their individual systems.

You'll recommend repairs and upgrades, and schedule a comfort advisor to replace equipment when appropriate. By delivering exceptional service, completing fantastic work, and keeping your work vehicle in excellent condition, you'll make a substantial mark on the community and our team!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• EPA Type II certification
• 5+ years of direct residential HVAC experience
• Ability to accurately follow processes, procedures, and directions
• Ability to travel to homes throughout our service area in Michigan and Indiana (70‑minute drive from our South Bend address)
• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
• Comfort with using an iPad
