Trusted Heating & Cooling Solutions is hiring a full-time HVAC Technician in Pinckney, MI. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, perform routine maintenance, and install or replace components.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AS AN HVAC TECHNICIAN:

Each day starts with reviewing your schedule and heading out to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues for residential customers. You'll perform routine maintenance‑like filter changes and coil cleanings to keep systems running efficiently. You'll also repair and maintain appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers, and install or replace HVAC components, including thermostats, condensers, and compressors.

You’ll follow our proven 12‑Step Process to deliver the Ultimate Service Call experience, helping you consistently meet weekly KPIs and performance goals. Throughout the day, you’ll document your findings, communicate clearly with customers, collaborate with teammates when needed, and work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

In order to do this, you’ll need the following:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfort working at heights

Preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years of HVAC or related experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Experience with appliance repair and maintenance

SCHEDULE FOR OUR HVAC TECHNICIAN:

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Overtime available
• On‑call rotation
• Service area within a 40‑mile radius of our shop at 4730 E M‑36, Pinckney, MI 48169

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
