DELAWARE HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE, INC. is seeking a self-starter Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service on field visits. You will diagnose HVAC issues, perform installations, repairs and preventive maintenance, and document outcomes to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation systems
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with the team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Keep proper stock and inventory of parts

Requirements

• Participate on rotating on call schedule for weekends
• Proven field service experience
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service HVAC equipment
• English literacy
• Minimum of 6 months experience
• High School Diploma
• Valid Drivers License and good driving record
