Bob Jenson Heating & Air in San Diego seeks experienced HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You’ll travel in a company-provided vehicle to scheduled appointments and deliver outstanding service.

We value technicians who deliver quality workmanship, communicate clearly with customers, and strive for excellence. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available, along with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• HVAC service experience preferred.
• Completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Professional appearance and quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
