Job summary

Loren's Heating & Air in Salem, OR is hiring an HVAC Service Technician to respond to on-demand service calls for residential and commercial customers. You will perform annual maintenance and complete work orders in Service Factor as calls are finished, while delivering top-notch customer service.

We offer a company vehicle with gas card, a company phone, uniforms, and a dispatch-from-home setup. Overtime may be required and ongoing training including NATE certifications is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC experience required
• EPA certification (Universal) required
• Willingness to attend training and seminars including NATE certifications

• Dispatched to on-demand service calls to residential and commercial customers

Job description

HVAC Service Technician | $30.00 to $35.00 per hour + Spiffs.

Work hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed

Job Duties:

• Dispatched to on-demand service calls to our commercial and residential customers
• Annual maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Completing all work orders in Service Factor as calls are completed

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• 2 + years' HVAC experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Low Voltage license desired
• Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Willingness to attended training classes and seminar including NATE Certifications
• Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Certification in HVAC from a Trade School desired
