• Diagnosticsand Troubleshooting: Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systemmalfunctions, including identifying faulty components and determiningrepair or replacement needs.
• Repairsand Maintenance: Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance taskson HVAC systems, such as replacing faulty parts, cleaning coils, andcalibrating equipment.
• Installation: Install new HVAC systems, including components like furnaces, airconditioners, heat pumps, and duct work.
• CustomerService: Interact with customers in a professional and courteousmanner, explaining technical issues in easy-to-understand terms, andproviding excellent customer service.
• SafetyCompliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, includingproper handling of refrigerants and electrical equipment.
