What You'll Do

As a key member of our service team, you'll take charge of maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems — from heating and air conditioning to refrigeration units. You’ll be the face of our brand on the job, ensuring customers feel valued, supported, and confident in our work.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

• Performing routine maintenance (filter changes, system cleaning, performance testing).
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues.
• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers.
• Recommending upgrades or replacements when needed.
• Keeping detailed and accurate records of service calls.
• Maintaining tools and a clean, organized workspace.
• Staying sharp through ongoing training and certification opportunities.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned HVAC technician with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in the field who thrives in a fast-paced, service-first environment.

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and/or light commercial).
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• EPA Certification (Preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions.
• Team player who can also work independently and efficiently.
