Your New Role

As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll bring technical expertise and a commitment to excellence to every project. Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and addressing MEP system issues with precision and professionalism.

• Installing HVAC systems in high-end residential homes, including layout, equipment setup, sheet metal installation, and controls.

• Performing system start-ups and ensuring aesthetic and functional perfection.

• Communicating effectively with customers and team members to maintain Pacific Sheet Metal’s high service standards.

• Reading plans and executing installations carefully, methodically, and correctly the first time.

Hiring Expectations

• At least 3 years of HVAC, Boiler Installation & Wiring, or other relevant professional experience.

• Proficiency in MEP systems, troubleshooting, and HVAC installations.

• Strong work ethic with a commitment to honesty, respect, and quality.

• Certifications/Licenses are not required as long as the candidate has relevant experience.

• Candidates with retrofit experience would be ideal.

• Required to take a Personametrics Test
