Job summary

Cii Service in Richmond, VA is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our service team. You will service, repair, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and air handling equipment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Universal Refrigerant Certification preferred.
• Master or journeyman license strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of HVAC servicing experience.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and troubleshoot chillers, boilers, pumps, air handling units, rooftop units, and split systems.
• Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring of multiple devices.
• Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks as well as electrical circuits and components for continuity.
• Constant and professional communication with clients, all team members, and office.
• Effectively use knowledge of the principles of HVAC equipment.
