Job summary

Redlands Plumbing Heating & Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to install, service and repair residential and light commercial systems in the Redlands area. You will work Monday–Friday with occasional weekends and evenings.

The role offers an 18% commission off gross sales plus bonuses, a $6,000 sign-on bonus depending on experience, and potential annual earnings around $150,000. A locally owned company with 127 years of service values training and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in residential HVAC service.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• NATE certifications or willing to obtain once employed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience making repair and replace decisions.
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Certificate of completion from HVAC technical school desired.
• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon conditional offer.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repairs on residential & light commercial heating and air conditioning systems.
• Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing.
• Work in utility programs and participate in retrofit installations as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Daily use of Service Titan CRM.
