Job summary

Redlands Plumbing Heating & Air in Redlands, CA seeks an HVAC Service Technician to perform service, maintenance and repairs on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems. You will provide feedback on training needs, inventory and pricing, and participate in retrofit installations as required.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, reading wiring diagrams and blueprints, and using Service Titan CRM daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in residential HVAC service.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• NATE Certifications or willingness to obtain after hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC tech school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repairs on residential & light commercial HVAC systems.
• Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding training needs, inventory and pricing.
• Work on retrofit installations as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Daily use of Service Titan CRM.

HVAC Service Technician | 18% commission off the top of Gross Sales + Bonuses

Potential Annual earnings $150,000

$6,000 sign on bonus - depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with some weekends and evenings required

Position Summary:

• Service, maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential & light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing
• Work in the utility programs the company participates in as well as work on the retrofit installations as needed
• Excellent customer service
• Daily use of Service Titan our cloud-base CRM

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in residential HVAC service
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• EPA Universal Certification
• Nate Certifications or acquire once employed
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School desired

• Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
