In this role, you will service equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment. Must have 2 years experience, Also will be in the on call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform service of Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Ductless Heat Pumps, Boiler, hydronic HVAC, Indoor Air Quality accessories, and any other Heating, Cooling, and Indoor comfort products.
• Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure.
• Build and maintain customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
• Document legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submit on a daily basis.

Job Qualifications
