Overview

Looking to TradeUP? WeCare Air, Plumbing and Electric, located in Pensacola, FL, is now hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician with strong technical skills and a keen focus on customer satisfaction.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including reheat coils, air handling units, duct work, vents, and condensation drainage.
2. Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues.
3. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
4. Ensure compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
5. Track repairs and work completed using trade software, such as Service Titan.
6. Engage with customers/clients to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Detail-oriented and highly accurate.
4. Problem-solving abilities.

Education and Experience:

1. High school diploma required; Associate degree in automotive engineering technology preferred.
2. At least 1+ year of experience as an HVAC technician.
3. High School Diploma, GED, or technical/trade school certification strongly preferred.
4. Valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
5. Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
