Current Opportunity: HVAC Service Technician

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Service products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Use hand-tools, blueprints, or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
3. Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer locations.
4. Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
5. Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating work.
6. Inspect vehicles, check conditions, and ensure cleanliness.
7. Maintain vehicles and equipment by keeping records of service, scheduling, and repairs.
8. Inspect equipment for wear, notify management of findings.
9. Complete paperwork for each job, maintain files, and document work, parts, materials, labor, and costs.
10. Serve as a direct customer contact, providing technical support and representing the company professionally.
11. Determine parts needed for repairs and ensure timely procurement.
12. Record all work details, including time, progress, and duration.
13. Keep current on products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
14. Read and interpret product specifications.
15. Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as necessary.
16. Travel regularly, with some overnight stays as needed.
