Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Service products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Use hand-tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as requested.
• Prepare for on-site installations and repairs by examining building layouts and coordinating work.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, keeping records of service and repairs.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, notifying management of wear or issues.
• Complete paperwork documenting work, parts, materials, labor, and costs.
• Serve as a direct contact with customers, providing technical support.
• Order parts and ensure timely repairs.
• Stay current on product installation, operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Read and interpret product specifications.
• Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, with some overnight travel as needed.
