• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer-focused communication and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.
