Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, part of Service Minds, is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential systems across Tampa Bay. You’ll deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call and represent a trusted brand in the home-services market.

You’ll receive a company take-home vehicle, a fuel card, an iPad, uniforms, and industry-leading training.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• EPA Certification (preferred/required by location).
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential HVAC systems accurately.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and system installations.
• Educate homeowners on recommended solutions.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call.
• Complete digital service documentation using ServiceTitan or similar software.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles.
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures.
• Represent the One Hour brand with professionalism and integrity.
