Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients. This in-person role focuses on delivering reliable comfort and energy efficiency in every installation and service call.

You will perform preventative maintenance, install heat pumps and ductless mini-splits, and communicate findings clearly to customers. Strong troubleshooting, electrical knowledge, and refrigerant handling are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and installations.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical assembly abilities.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and refrigerant handling.

Our client is a rapidly growing company specializing in residential and commercial heating and cooling solutions. They are seeking a HVAC Service Technician to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a HVAC Service Technician:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients
• Perform preventative maintenance including cleaning, inspections, and system testing
• Install and commission new heat pump and ductless mini-split systems
• Communicate service findings and recommendations clearly to customers

Your skills and experience:
