Job description

We are a commercial / industrial contractor engaging in preventive maintenance programs for a number of companies.

We are seeking a Service Technician for diagnostics and troubleshooting equipment, including medium-sized installation jobs, rooftop equipment, duct work, VRV/VRF, boilers, furnaces, etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect HVAC systems and their components for potential issues or malfunctions.
2. Perform regular maintenance tasks.
3. Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects in HVAC systems.
4. Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience.
2. Knowledge of HVAC systems schematics and design principles.
3. Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues.
4. Familiarity with plumbing systems.
5. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for driving duties.
6. Experience in field service work, including building and installing HVAC systems.

Company provides a take-home truck, gas paid, and many tools included.

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour.
