A&L Heating and Air LLC in Maryville, TN, is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and repair on residential and light commercial systems. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service and applying preventive maintenance practices throughout the year.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of HVAC service experience, EPA Universal certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. NATE certification or plan to obtain it during employment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• NATE Certification or obtain during employment.
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Certification from HVAC trade school desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and client care.
• Advise customers on indoor air quality accessories and Annual Maintenance.
• Year-round service and maintenance.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Provide feedback to Service Manager on training, inventory, and pricing.

HVAC Service Technician

This position will be conducing annual maintenance and on demand service calls for residential and commercial HVAC Systems.

Pay: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour + spiffs / bonuses

Potential Earning: $100,000 + annually

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

What You'll Be Doing:

• Service and maintenance on a wide variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
• Offering Excellent customer service and client care
• Consulting with customers about indoor air quality accessories and Annual Maintenance
• Year-round service and maintenance
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Provides feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing

What We're Looking For:

• 2 + years of HVAC Service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• NATE Certification or obtain during employment
• Experienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Certification from an HVAC trade school desired
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
