THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECHNICIAN

THE SCHEDULE:

Our HVAC service technicians generally work flexible hours, five days per week. Our operational hours are Monday through Sunday, open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years in HVAC (preferred)
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Great attention to detail
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• A winning attitude and a passion for delivering world-class service

YOUR ROLE:

As a Residential HVAC Technician, your day starts early. You first visit a family home with heating issues, where you diagnose and repair a faulty thermostat. Next, you perform a maintenance check at a commercial facility, cleaning components and replacing filters. Using ServiceTitan, you document your work. Each appointment brings new challenges that enhance your problem-solving skills. By the end of the day, you take pride in improving your clients' comfort and safety.
