MasterTech Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in Columbia, MO is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in quality work and excellent customer service. You will diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems and perform routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification (required).
• NATE Certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professionalism – neat appearance, punctual, and respectful.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and dependable.
• Positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation).
• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups.
• Communicate clearly with customers and explain technical information in a friendly way.
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customer service for efficient scheduling.
• Train and mentor apprentices or junior techs.
• Complete accurate work orders, invoices, and service documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing
