Capitol Mechanical Inc. is a full service commercial HVAC contractor serving Wisconsin since 1971. We are an established company with many key employees working here for over 20 years. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair multiple system types.
• Perform routine maintenance on commercial equipment.
• Maintain working relationships with customers.
• Participate in company-provided training.
• Communicate with dispatcher issues and time frames for work load.
• On call rotation.
• Maintain company provided vehicle and tools.
• Present a professional appearance and manner.

Requirements

• 1+ years of commercial, and/or residential HVAC service technician experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience with troubleshooting wide variety of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Working knowledge of boiler systems.
• Understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
• Communication skills with customers, co-workers and managers.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
